Hello DR section! Here to update the blog!
SIBF is coming soon, we only left about 42 practices. Although it may seem a lot, but it is actually VERY little. And the auditions are THIS week! So you guys must work super damn hard,aim to get the highest score in the band! Reminder: the tutor will also be coming this wednesday, so make yourselves free.
Eagle Bend:
- Rhythm: You guys should know the rhythm VERY clearly by now. If you don't know, use the tuner(metronome) to help you. Or ask someone that know the rhythm to sing to you.
- Articulations: Please add the articulations to the notes! Do not play straight, it will not sound nice.
- Dynamics: Know when to play what dynamic. Balance with other instruments, tone down or play louder when necessary.
- Work on your solos as well, put feelings into it.
Also, remember to pack your files,according to alphabetical order in the repertoire.
